Main Features

• These special slippery sheets can be used for turning Patients in bed or sliding them up the bed
• They can also be used when sliding Patients from beds to trolleys, etc.
• We Heat Seal the edges of the material to help prevent fraying
• Heat Sealing means we do not need to sew a hem, which may compromise skin integrity

Available in 4 Colours

• Red – This material is very quiet. An important feature of this material is that it is breathable, which helps prevent perspiration, even in hot weather.
• Pink – This material is not breathable and has some noise when in use. This noise may disturb some Patients. The noise reduces a lot after a few washes.
• Light Blue – This material is also very quiet and breathable, like the Red, just a different colour.
• Royal Blue – This material is not breathable but has a lower, more acceptable noise level when new, and is less expensive than the other materials.

This low cost item is complementary to our Bed Roller Sheet, Slide & Turn Sheet, and Slide & Turn Hoist Sheet (all sold separately) that are left permanently underneath the Patient, to make the turning or moving up the bed, easier for the Carer with less disturbance to the Patient as they eliminate log rolling.

Each Disposable Bed Slide Sheet is made from the same strong material that our Royal Blue Slide Sheets are made from. To reduce the cost of each Disposable Bed Slide Sheet we have not cut off the selvage on both sides.
