This system is designed for use by sonographers and technicians performing routine testing of TEE transducers.
Beyond patient safety concerns about micro-shock hazards, performing electrical leakage tests on diagnostic ultrasound transducer can identify faults in shielding that indicate the need for repair at a lower cost to the user.
