Esco Medicon is an Australian based manufacturer of medical equipment, pendants, gas and electrical panels, gas terminal units and lighting. Esco specialises in turn-key systems and the combination of supply of in house produced equipment plus third party supplied items, to enable a full contract outcome.

In February 2006 Esco moved premises to a new manufacturing facility located at Silverwater in Sydney where all products are manufactured within a clean factory environment. All gas terminal units, gas manifolds and valves are made within a clean room environment.

Esco’s medical products can be found throughout most Australian hospitals and many New Zealand and South East Asian hospitals. Esco supplies products worldwide.

The company is privately owned and operated, and its values have continued even with an ownership change mid 2005. Esco employs in excess of 70 people whose continued development is a key factor in the future success of the company. The “engine room” of Esco has some of the industry's most experienced medical gas and electrical personnel and allows for new trends to be adopted and implemented quickly and in a cost effective manner.

Esco recognises the need to continually review and update its product offering to meet the needs of the health sector. Many of Esco’s products are state of the art and product development is an important part of the company’s future. Esco has invested in the latest 3D solid modelling software for product and innovative design, and its R&D program is focusing on product aesthetics and functionality.
