The Directors of HB Projects NSW Pty Ltd, Andrew Heenan and Lindsay Bush, spent many years working in Estimating and Project Management for Pluim Constructions Pty Ltd.

Pluim + HB Pty Ltd was formed in 2000, operating under the banner of the Pluim Group, but as a separate company wholly owned and managed by Andrew Heenan and Lindsay Bush. Operating out of the Pluim Group offices at West Gosford Pluim + HB Pty Ltd focussed on commercial, industrial and residential work delivered under Lump Sum, Construction Management and Design and Construct contracts.

In November 2006 it was decided to change the company name to Pluim Projects Pty Ltd. This was done simply for convenience and better brand recognition. No other company details were changed. Pluim Projects Pty Ltd continued to focus on the core business of general contracting.

In 2008 Pluim Projects Pty Ltd purchased land and developed a commercial building in the prestigious Tuggerah Business Park.

In June 2011 it was decided to make a break from the Pluim Group and to move into our own building in Tuggerah. In doing so another name change was deemed appropriate so we became HB Projects NSW Pty Ltd.about1

We now occupy very smart brand new offices at 3 Teamster Close Tuggerah with extensive indoor and outdoor storage for equipment and materials. The Tuggerah Business Park is centrally located and very convenient to the F3 freeway.

HB Projects NSW Pty Ltd continue to concentrate on our core business of high standard Commercial, Industrial and Fit out works in the Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle regions.
