Product instructions:

Pour/injection instructions:

Prepare hydrocolloid pour splint mould in regular manner.
Store CLEARsplint Powder and Liquid Resin in refrigerator and remove just prior to mixing and pouring in volume ratio of two parts powder added to one part liquid.
Use a clear measuring cup for liquid 14.20ml and add 28.35g powder (blue measuring cup) in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly as quickly as possible (10 seconds) before pouring cold mixture into mould.
Cure in pressure pot as soon as possible at 50 - 52°C or mix will not cure.
Remove pour denture mould from pressure pot and place under cold running tap water for 15 minutes before removing denture from mould.

Press packing instructions:

Prepare stone/plaster regular splint mould for press-packing.
Store CLEARsplint Powder and Liquid Resin in refrigerator and remove just prior to mixing and pouring in volume ratio of two parts powder added to one part liquid.
For more working time chill mixing bowl in refrigerator for at least 35 minutes.
Use clear measuring cup for liquid 14.20ml and add to 28.35g powder (blue cup) in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly for 10 Seconds. SEE ABOVE POINT 2
As soon as mix reaches a doughy state (5-8 minutes), pack into regular denture mould using normal press-packing procedure; Please note chill mould in cold water or fridge prior to packing. (If you are seeing porosity in your finished case, leave mould under press for at least 30-mins before placing in water)
Cure for 60 minutes in 50 - 52°C water.
Do not cure at temperature over 57°C or mix will not cure.
Bench Cool for 30min then further Cool for 15 minutes under cold running tap water.

Do not leave in Ultrasonic for periods longer than 4 minutes at any time.
