Our most advanced TENS, with seven pulse modes giving plenty of choices to patients with various pain syndromes. Most TENS machines on the market only have three pulse modes. The most common pulse modes are normal (felt as a constant tingling), burst (felt as two or so bursts of pulses every second) and modulation (felt as a massage effect or the tingling coming and going). Having three pulse modes is fine for most patients. Most patients will find one pulse mode which is most comfortable for them and will regularly use that one pulse mode.
