Fisher & Paykel Humidifier System | MyAirvo2 ...
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare’s leading humidification technology allows the myAIRVO 2 to comfortably provide high flows of air/oxygen mixtures to spontaneously breathing patients, through the unique Optiflow nasal cannula interface or tracheostomy interfaces available.
Provides quality therapy – for conditions such as COPD or Bronchiectasis. It is ideally suited for anyone undergoing radiation therapy where airway dryness or mucous retention is an issue.
Choice of Interface – Nasal, Stoma and Tracheostomy
Nasal prongs - A range of soft and flexible Nasal prongs contoured to the patient’s nose are available. These are designed with wide bore prongs to reduce gas jetting into the nares.
Stoma interface – This special adapter enables stoma patients to utilise a standard tracheostomy mask for therapy.
Tracheostomy interface. Enables patients to directly connect the interface adapter to their Tracheostomy tube.
Adjustable Temperature – Three temperature settings available 31, 33, 37 °C to help achieve comfort and compliance
Adjustable Flow – The integrated flow generator delivers a wide flow range (2 – 60L/min) for both Paediatric and Adult patients utilising room air – No wall or air supply required.
Supplementary oxygen – Oxygen can be added from a wall supply, oxygen cylinder or Oxygen concentrator with continuous flow.
An Oxygen concentration reading / display is available via an inbuilt ultrasonic oxygen analyser that requires no calibration service or replacement.
Heated breathing tube – The unique Dual heater wires and integrated temperature sensor minimise water condensation.
