The batteries are repacked with new Lithium ION cells.  The case has been re-manufactured with a 3D printer to ensure integrity.  They come with a 12 month Return to base warranty and have proved as good as new batteries for capacity and reliability.  New Lithium ION batteries have been out of production for around 5 years and most of the older packs are starting to fail.  These batteries are repacked and re-programmed to the same specification as the original cells and charge in the standard Physio control REDI charger.  The fuel gauge is concealed under the 3D printed case but still provides an indication of charge.
