Smartlink offers a variety of easy to install, wireless Man-Down pendants and Dementia Radio Keys to complement their extensive product range.

These devices will automatically summons the appropriate assistance for complete peace of mind.
Operation:
The Side Emergency/Panic Button (hold for 2 seconds) transmit alarms any time when Pressed (even if the Man Down function is turned OFF). The LED will fast flash every 2.3 seconds for the duration of 5 minutes (or Press the Delay Button to stop the fast flash).
If the Man Down function is turned ON (Dip Switch 1 is ON) and the unit is tilted more than 30 degrees horizontal (approximately) on any side, the Buzzer is automatically activated (Dip Switch 4 is ON) for 30 seconds approximately. At the end of the 30 seconds, the unit will automatically transmit an alarm. (Man Down Pendant will automatically reset when righted above 30 degrees horizontal).
The Delay Button will lockout for 10 or 30 minutes depending on the Dip Switch 2 setting when Pressed. The Delay Button has no affect when the Man Down Pendant is in the vertical/upright position when Pressed. Unit must be horizontal for this function to operate.
NB: When Man Down Pendant not in use, store vertically/upright or Disabled the Man Down
Function (Switch 1 to OFF) otherwise unit will continually transmit as per settings.
Led Operation:
One Flash – for each alarm transmitted followed by a fast flash every 2.3 seconds for the duration of 5 minutes (or Press the Delay Button to stop the fast flash).
Double Fast Flash – for a Low Battery condition when the Emergency/Panic Button is
Pressed or the Man Down alarm is transmitted.
Continuous Fast Flash – for error condition and No alarms transmitted (refer to SmartLink International for more information).
Programming a man down pendant into a smartlink unit:
To check in the Man Down Pendant into the Medi-Call or Medi-Link unit, just follow the normal programming procedures of any Radio Key Pendants, eg Press and hold the Side
Emergency/Panic Button 3 times (refer to the SmartLink Medi-Call or Medi-Link Installation Manual).
The Man Down Pendants can also be checked into other SmartLink Systems, eg. SmartLine,
OEM Dialler, Standalone Receiver or Multi-Channel Gateway Receiver/Decoder Board (refer to SmartLink International for more information).
