It is highly recommended that two Carers assist in the transfer. However, depending on the co-operation from the Patient, one Carer can use the Handi-Lift.

The Handi Turn (sold separately), is a revolving transfer disk that is helpful, and is used in conjunction with the Handi-Lift when turning Patients.

Some alternative Patient transfer products are the Handi Lift Walk Belt and the Soft Transfer Belt.
