WESTERNMED TRAINING
We are dedicated to offering our clients the best training and support in our software. Training is normally provided onsite and in small durations and broken up over a few weeks to allow staff to absorb sections of the program before advancing to the next stage. We also provide training to members of the public on request or can arrange a group training offsite if required. We also run medical reception courses at Challenger TAFE in which all students learn WesternMed and receive a demonstration CD to take home and practice..

We are dedicated to giving our clients the best possible support available. Support is available by telephone 24 hours 7 days per week. Remote desktop is encouraged and provides an extra level of support which can include fee updates remotely and upgrades.
We also provide our clients with onsite support to assist with installations, installations and any other general support enquiries. We treat urgent support calls (e.g. hard drive failure) with a quick response in order to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
