A single drop of blood can be used to test multiple conditions, and results are returned quickly – a full lipid panel in as little as 90 seconds and single blood chemistry in 45 seconds.

Tests include:

Individual – HDL, LDL, glucose and triglyceride
Full lipid panel – total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglyceride
Full metabolic panel – HDL, triglyceride and glucose

The Cardiochek is extremely simple to use – just insert the colour coded program chip into the top of the unit so it knows what test you want to run. Each test panel has a different coloured program check so it’s easy to switch from one to the other.

Each test type uses a specific pipette to ensure the correct amount of blood is placed on the test panel.
