This black conductive rubber electrode is built to last and can be used repeatedly for many years. Simply place a small amount of TAC gel on the back of the electrode and wait 2 minutes until the gel becomes sticky. Attach the TENS unit pin and then stick the electrode onto the body. After use, wash the electrode in clean water store in a dry place away from sunlight.

We recommend one set of electrodes per person. Always use on clean, dry skin. Electrodes will wear out over time - If they lose adherence and stop sticking to your skin you should replace them.
