Product Description

The WCI-40 CO₂ incubator with 40L capacity features six-sided direct heating to provide rapid heat-up and fast temperature recovery. A stable and precise chamber temperature is controlled and calibrated by 3 temperature sensors and advanced PID temperature control.

The concentration of CO₂ in the chamber is monitored by a dual beam IR sensor. This system provides rapid and precise readings of concentration regardless of the temperature or humidity in the chamber.

A heated water tray in the bottom of the chamber creates humidity that is circulated by a fan to the entire chamber. A front door and frame heater prevent condensation in the chamber and on the glass door.

HEPA filtration is installed on gas supply inlets to ensure that clean gases are entering the chamber. Safety features include an alarm system to notify the end-user of high or low deviations in CO₂ or temperature and an overheating system that automatically cuts power to the unit if the temperature exceeds the set point.
