Indigo Care provides a smart Australian designed 2-Fold Premium PVC Floor Sensor Mat that improves safety, is easier for storage, and lessens damages. It has a low profile and is made of a non-slip material.

It can be used alongside the bed to act as an out-of bed sensor mat, or when in a folded position, it can act as a chair sensor mat.

Unlike other floor mats, our Premium Floor Sensor Mats are supplied with a detachable “Y” cable to reduce trip hazards and damages to the electrical cord.

The Y-Cables are 3 metres long with a spare socket for the pendant and enables you to connect to your existing nurse call system.

We have two types of floor mats with “Y” Cables available, each with a 6.3mm jack plug for direct connection to the nurse call point:

• USB Connection and USB Y Cable MED-FM-03-6U(X)
• 6.3mm Jack Plug Connection and 6.3mm Y Cable MED-FM-03-6T(X)

Indigo Care provides a smart Australian designed 2-Fold Premium PVC Floor Sensor Mat. There are two options available: USB or 6.3mm socket. Designed to be used with our 6.3mm Transmitter (RTU-FM) or our USB Transmitter (RTU-USB). The floor sensor mat will immediately alert staff when a resident steps on the sensor mat. The cordless floor sensor mat is purposely designed for easier storage and trip-hazard free.

The transmitter is an exclusive ID encoded RF Transmitter which communicates with the Cordless Receiver (RRU) or the Universal Call Point (UCPV5.1). It allows the Floor mat to wirelessly transmit an alarm to the call point.

Simply connect the 6.3mm or USB Transmitter to the appropriate floor sensor mat and program it to the RRU or Dual Function Call Point by following the instructions printed on the Receiver. The sensor mat will now trigger the call point when activated within the transmitting area.
